They are always sooooooooo yummy for some reason. I think it's the juicy and tasty part of the bananas that enhances when you fry them. Pop in a couple of blueberries and you've got a mouthful of 'wow' ness.
Makes 6 spoons of 1/4 cup (smaller size)
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinammon
- pinch of salt
Method
- Squash the banana.
- Pretty much mix all the wet ingredients above in one bowl.
- Add the flour in.
- On medium heat, add oil to pan (or butter).
- Take 1/4 cup of mix and pour in.
If it's too watery, add more flour
