They do taste a little on the drier end just coz I didn't have peanut butter paste but they are great energy source. Really felt weird without those ingredients at the top.

Oh and I wanted to use up the 'food' again in the kitchen. Enjoy!

(Makes about 14 cookies)

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup pitted dates, cut
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
Method
  • Mashed the bananas in a bowl. Add every thing in and mix it all up with a fork.
  • Roll the dough into balls and slowly press them out to about 1cm thick. Place them on a baking sheet on a pan.
  • Bake at 180deg for about 15 mins or until it turns brown.
  • Add cream or milk for extra taste.
